Live in Japan is a live double album by English musician George Harrison, released in July 1992. The album was recorded during his Japanese tour backed by Eric Clapton in December 1991, and it contains a selection of Harrison's hits as a solo artist alongside some of his best-known Beatles songs
Album · 1992 · 19 Songs. In 1991, George Harrison went out on tour with old cohort Eric Clapton for a series of rare, live appearances in Japan. The best moments are gathered in this 19-song collection that gives equal weight to both his Beatles successes and his solo material up until the Cloud Nine era. Hearing such material like "Piggies" and "If I Needed Someone" in a live setting must have been monumental for fans, who respond appropriately

George Harrison and Eric Clapton performing on Oct. 23rd 1985. Eric Clapton has announced a new studio album for this spring, and it will include contributions from and old friend. The new set I Still Do drops May 20 and features acoustic guitar and vocals on the track I Will Be There from a musician named Angelo Mysterioso. This just happens to be a pseudonym used decades ago by none other than George Harrison. Clapton had numerous prominent collaborations with Harrison, prior to his death in 2001. Clapton performed guitar on the Beatles’ While My Guitar Gently Weeps and they both appeared on each other’s live albums in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. I Still Do is Clapton’s first album to feature his own new material since 2013’s Old Sock. It comes out via his own Bushbranch imprint, in cooperation with Surfdog Records. In the late Sixties, the Beatles and Eric Clapton kicked off a nearly five-decade-long tradition of recorded collaborations. Sure, "While My Guitar Gently Weeps"-the only official EMI Beatles recording Clapton ever played on-is an undisputed highlight, but Slowhand's fretwork also graces recordings by all four solo Beatles. Clapton and Harrison also worked together on Preston's next album, 1970's Encouraging Words, which is a must-own for Harrison fans. COLD TURKEY Plastic Ono Band 1969 Eric, John and Ringo. Although the album's liner notes didn't bother mentioning it, Clapton can be heard on "I'd Have You Anytime" (see below), "Art of Dying" and several other outstanding tracks.
